"We" and "us" means Amelie Fashion Accessories Limited.

"You" means the person using the website.

International orders will be accepted subject to the payment of additional delivery charges.

Order details & Postal charge

We are strictly a wholesale business, our minimum order is £50 (ex. Vat) with minimum quantity for each item is 2. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order from any area in United Kingdom and outside United Kingdom.

Delivery Charges within the UK:

• Orders up to £200 (ex Vat) have a postal charge of £6.00
• Orders over £200 (ex Vat) have FREE delivery.
• Orders are sent by Royal Mail’s record post or Parcel force 48 hours services.

Charges outside the UK

• All orders with a shipping address outside the UK, including the Republic of Ireland will incur an extra charge for Postage & Packing. We will advise the additional charge once we have received your order enquiry.

Delivery Times & Dispatch Goods

We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of your order being made. (excluding Sat/Sun).

Pricing and payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. VAT. Packing and delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods. Our preferred method of payment is Paypal and Credit card. Cheques are to be made payable to "Amelie Fashion Accessories Limited" and will have to clear before the order can be dispatched

Returns policy

We make every effort to ensure all goods are dispatched in excellent condition. However, should there be a problem or fault with any of our goods please return them to us in the original packing within seven days. Body jewellery or earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
